Q: What is the return policy?

Q: What happens if my Halkon Hunt garment degrades over time?
We will do anything in our power to make sure our customers are satisfied.
Q: Who can I ring to talk to?
You can always phone the office on 01302 834145 between the hours of 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, there is always someone there to answer any questions.
Q: What’s the ordering process?
Once we receive your order, we will then contact you when we are ready to process your order and take a deposit, and ask any additional questions, this may be 2 weeks after the order is placed.
Q: How do I wash my HH?
If washing GORE-TEX follow our online care instructions for the best results. For WINDSTOPPER Machine-wash warm (30° C). Follow garment manufacturer's instructions. Do not tumble dry WINDSTOPPER.
Q: When can I come for a fitting?
We are strictly a factory and not a shop, however if you are not a standard size we do offer a measuring service at the factory but this is strictly on appointment system only.
Q: How long will my garment last?
There isn’t a life span on items, but with the right care your garment will last longer it should give you many years of use and protection.
Q: What are the best care products?
We recommend using Grangers 2 in 1 cleaner and water proofer for your GORE-TEX® clothing.
Q: What is the delivery time?
On any garments we manufacture delivery will be 8 to 15 weeks but you should be notified at the time of ordering our current waiting times. On garments bought in, i.e polo shirts, a 3-4 week delivery.
Q: How Do I choose Colours?
Using the fabric colour guide, fill in the appropriate individual colours on the order form.
Q: What is the guarantee?
GORE-TEX® guarantee that their fabrics are durably waterproof, windproof, and breathable, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your product they will repair it, replace it or refund your purchase price, as long as the garment is in good condition and has been cared for correctly. i.e no mould and mildew build up.
Q: What happens if a fault occurs?
If anything manufacturing wise lets you down in the first 2 years it will be repaired free of charge, i.e a broken zip. After this date we do an after care service and a small fee and postage will be charged.
